We were thrilled with the location of the hotel, as it was just a short walk to the nearest beach at Maspalomas. the proximity to the beach made it easy for us to enjoy the sun and sand whenever we wanted. the room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the ocean. the bathroom was well-equipped and the service from the staff was excellent. the breakfast spread was incredible, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also loved the fact that there were multiple restaurants to dine at, offering different cuisines and ensuring that there was something for everyone.
The only downside we experienced was that it could be difficult to find a table at busy times in the restaurant. We had to do laps, looking for a free table.

We recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a beautiful location. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view from the balcony. The hotel had a great restaurant with a wide variety of delicious food options, including different stations with different cuisines. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Communication during the crisis situation was lacking, with no notice boards or clear explanations about the changes in services. The reduction in facilities, such as the closure of swimming pools and outdoor dining areas, happened without any prior information.

This hotel provided us with a luxurious and upscale experience. the spa center and outdoor swimming pool were particularly enjoyable, and the service was attentive and friendly. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a wide selection of delicious food and drinks, and the private facilities in the room were a nice added touch.
The only issue we had was with the location, as the beach access was not as convenient as we would have liked. this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience we had at this venue.

Great location and friendly staff! the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a huge variety of delicious food. There are plenty of sunbeds available near the pool and in the garden area. the hotel is also close to many attractions and has easy access to public transportation.
The house band was not very good, and the evening entertainment was not very engaging. the Wi-Fi connection was not very strong and kept dropping off.
